Public domain email addresses (such as @gmail, @outlook, or @icloud) are not permitted as they do not provide sufficient assurance that the individual is acting on behalf of a verified business.

As part of our due diligence and supplier requirements (including TransUnion), we must ensure that all users accessing consumer credit data are clearly linked to a legitimate, identifiable organisation. Using a business domain email address helps us confirm this, supports audit traceability, and reduces the risk of unauthorised access or misuse of data.

For this reason, all users must be registered with a company domain email address that matches the organisation we have verified.
