Yes, your agreement with us includes obligations to provide information required for compliance, due diligence, and supplier assurance purposes to access and maintain the service.


These requirements are set out within the TransUnion General Terms and associated service conditions, including:

  • Due diligence checks (Clause 12.8) carried out on customers
  • Ongoing audit and information requests (Clause 13.1) to confirm compliance
  • Requirements to meet regulatory and data protection obligations (Clause 7)
  • The need to provide appropriate privacy information before carrying out searches (Service Conditions 4.12–4.14)


Failure to meet these requirements may result in suspension of access (Clause 12.1).
