Answer:

Any Record that has not been Matched to a company record in the Creditsafe universe is treated as Unmatched record. Since the records are not matched, the data shown in this table for each record is the raw data (designated as Input Name, Input Safe Number, Input Country Code, etc.) that was provided in the Import file, or when you created an Unmatched Record in the portfolio manually. The layout is nearly identical to the Matched Records table, with some differences as described below. 


If the system can’t find any suggested matches, then you will see a “No Match Found” status. If the record has not gone through the matching process, then it will have a “Not Processed” status. If a match has been excluded from matching, then it will have an “Excluded” status and will remain unmatched until stated otherwise. . If the Creditsafe match service finds a match that is below the minimum configured threshold, then you may see a suggested match icon here.
