Solution:

Remove a Single Record from a Portfolio:

 Click on the 3 dots menu of the record that you want to remove from the portfolio and select “Remove Record” option. 

A confirmation box will appear to confirm if you want to remove the selected record from the portfolio. Hit Confirm to remove the record from the portfolio.

Remove Multiple Records from a Portfolio:

To remove multiple records from your portfolio, use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of the records table to select one or more records.

On the right-hand side, above the table, you will see a number count of records that you have selected, and the Remove Records button will become active and clickable. 

A confirmation box will appear to confirm if you want to remove the selected records from the portfolio. Hit Confirm to remove the records from the portfolio.
