Solution: 

To delete a portfolio, click the 3 dots menu to the right of Portfolio list table, and select Delete Portfolio.

A confirmation box will appear asking you if you are sure that you want to delete the selected portfolio. Hit Confirm if you are sure that you want to delete the portfolio and the records within it.
