All Creditsafe’s data is stored either within the UK or within the EEA on secure servers which are fully protected for disaster recovery.

Details about our customers is stored in Creditsafe’s CRM system (MS Dynamics). Certain Creditsafe employees in all Creditsafe’s entities, including the USA, Canada, Japan and India, can view this data. Creditsafe has data sharing agreements with all its entities and it has registered with the EU-UK-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the USA and has signed the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum for transfers to India.
