Country Risk report scores are calculated using robust and transparent methodologies developed by our trusted partner, CountryRisk.io. Each risk area is assessed using specific indicators and data sources that are relevant to that type of risk. The four risk areas are Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Supply Chain, and Sovereign Risk.

  • Trusted Data Sources: Data is collected from reputable global organizations such as the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), World Bank, and Transparency International.
  • Transparent Methodology: Each indicator is carefully selected and given a weight based on its importance. The methodology ensures that scores are reliable, comparable across countries, and based on the most recent data available.
  • Quality Control: Only countries with enough up-to-date and trustworthy data are included in the rankings. Countries that do not meet strict data quality standards are excluded. This helps ensure that the scores are meaningful and reliable.
  • Regular Updates: Reports are updated every week to reflect the latest changes and new data.
  • Clear Ratings: Each report includes a data quality rating, such as Very Good, Good, Medium, Poor, Very Poor, or Not Available. This helps you quickly see how reliable the information is for each country.
