This will depend on your contract agreement with Creditsafe. If you have a limit on your users, then this will be enforced within Self Service. If you have a query about your user limits, please speak to your Account Manager. If you are using Federated Login (single sign-on), then you will not be able to create new users within Customer Self Service, as this will be handled internally within your organisation.
