Please note: You will need to have Customer Self Service enabled and have the correct user permissions to do this.
To deactivate/reactivate a Product Group, please follow the below steps:
- Click on My Account in the top right corner of the home page
- Navigate to the Products & Services tab
- Click on the Product Groups tab
- Select the Product Group you would like to deactivate/reactivate
- You will automatically be taken to edit the group
- Click on the Deactivate/Reactivate button
- Confirm the deactivation/reactivation
- The group has now been successfully deactivated/reactivated
