Please note: You will need to have Customer Self Service enabled and have the correct user permissions to do this. 


To deactivate/reactivate a Product Group, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the home page
  2. Navigate to the Products & Services tab 
  3. Click on the Product Groups tab 
  4. Select the Product Group you would like to deactivate/reactivate
  5. You will automatically be taken to edit the group
  6. Click on the Deactivate/Reactivate button
  7. Confirm the deactivation/reactivation
  8. The group has now been successfully deactivated/reactivated
