Answer:

If your Salesforce Flow is not working, you will receive an email advising you that an error has occurred. 

There are some troubleshooting steps you can carry out to identify where the error is within the flow.  


Troubleshooting option 1:

 

Run debugging from the Salesforce Flow. This will tell you why the flow has failed. To debug a Salesforce Flow, go into the Flow and click the debug button on the top right of the screen. This can let you know where the error is within the flow. 

If you cannot rectify this error yourself, please contact Salesforce Support.   



Troubleshooting Option 2:

 

Go into your settings in Salesforce, then click on “Demo Flows”. From here you can test the pre-built flows that Creditsafe have as standard. This can advise if there’s an issue with the Creditsafe action or if the issue lies somewhere else within your flow.
