Select the Settings tab and click on on the Authentication tab, ‘Sign in with Creditsafe’. 

This will open a new browser window. Enter the username and password. Once these have been entered press Sign In.

For added security, there’s a new step to authenticate with credentials that use OAuth 2.0 authentication with the Browser Flow. Now, after you authenticate, you must confirm that you want your Salesforce org to interact with the Creditsafe on your behalf.

Once you've selected Confirm. Navigate back to the Creditsafe app Settings. You will see the Authentication has changed to Signed In. If you then try to Search for a Company, you should see a list of countries available based on your package with Creditsafe.
